Refunds & Returns


Generally, we do not do refunds or returns on digital purchases. We are open to a dialogue and go on a case-by-case basis. so feel free to get in touch if anything is not up to your standards and expectations.

Non-returnable items:

  • Discount codes
  • Downloadable products
  • Subscriber memberships



Once your product is digitally delivered, we cannot refund your purchase, yet feel free to get in touch if something is amiss.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to account, within five working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account & email again.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email (below).

Sale items

Only regular priced items have the option to be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.



We do not exchange digital products. If they are corrupted or did not deliver properly, feel free to email us (below) to receive full product as expected.



If the item was marked as a ‘gift’ when purchased, you’ll receive a ‘gift credit’ via email.
